Afghanistan is
moving from a war-stricken stage to a developing stage. During this process of transition
a lot of components need to be combined. One of the most important components which
can directly and most effectively facilitate the transition process is an improved
health sector. The MS (Massoud Foundation and Smartechgroup) joint venture has taken
several steps in order to improve the current medical processing system. One of
its initiatives is the launching of medical screening services in
Afghanistan
. The MS joint venture has developed an automated Information System which provides
better health services to its customers and to the customer’s employees who can
be employed by the Human Resource section without any possible headache. Launching
such services will not only facilitate the working process but will also present
standard technology and consequent reduction of infectious diseases. The
MS joint venture is responsible for collecting, managing, issuing and tracking
of thousands of registered medical
checkups every year. The main function
of the Joint venture consists of issuing certificates based on the system review,
physical examinations, complete lab tests, past history and immunization of the
registered customers.
